Take Us Out to the Ball Game!
All Saints’ will hold our annual parish baseball game on May 31 at The Kannapolis Cannon Ballers stadium. All are welcome! Please join us and enjoy fun, fellowship, ballpark food, and baseball!
This annual tradition began in 2011, when Marshall Smith invited our former Rector, Nancy, to attend an Intimidators game. She replied, “I think everyone should go!” Marshall arranged for tickets for all in the Parish who wanted to join the fun. Every year since then, All Saints’ has enjoyed a Sunday afternoon game in early summer. When Marshall passed away in 2016, Debby took over arranging the event with the help of Mark Novasad.
Thanks to the generous support of some baseball-loving parishioners, the tickets are subsidized and will cost you only $3 each. And each ticket comes loaded with $2 of “Ballpark Bucks” that you can spend at the concession stand!
Reserve and pay for your seat on Realm. You will pick up the tickets on game day at the main gate to the ballpark. The game begins at 1:30, but you will want to arrive by 1:00 in order to see our own Fr. John throw out the ceremonial first pitch!
Mark your calendar for May 31, and come have a blast with your friends at the Marshall Smith All Saints’ Baseball Outing!
See Mark Novasad or Debby Smith with any questions.
