What is happening at All Saints?
Your church has many ways to stay informed. There are weekly announcements on Sunday mornings, the e-newsletter “Weekly Word,” Facebook and Instagram, the website, and, each year, the Annual Meeting.
This Sunday at 10 am All Saints will have its Annual Parish Meeting in the Parish Hall.
Every church in the Diocese of North Carolina is required by canon (the law governing the church) to hold an “annual parish meeting.” The mandatory item of business is the election of vestry members. * Other items on the agenda are: a review of the canonical list of members (those eligible to vote in the Annual Meeting), an overview of financial stewardship, and information about church programs. You will also be invited to talk with fellow parishioners about dreams for 2024.
Stay in the know and come to the Annual Meeting; see you there!

*In the Episcopal Church, the Vestry is responsible for conducting the business of the congregation, executing contracts, adopting and overseeing the budget, and calling the Rector (in the case of a vacancy). They meet monthly on the third Tuesday at 7 pm. Vestry Meetings are open to the congregation.
Learn about Saturday’s Deep Dive
For those interested in digging into the details of the parish finances, on Saturday, January 27th at 2 pm, the Treasurer, Wardens, and members of the Finance Committee will present a “Deep Dive.” They will also be available to answer questions. For those unable to be present, the Treasurer, Vic Clark, is always willing to answer parishioner questions about the parish finances. His contact information can be found in Realm.
