Kathy Jo Bystricky Oxx

Kathy’s life was a beautiful reflection of faith, family, and love. Born and raised in Vestal, New York, she moved to Concord in 1995 and made it her home. Kathy was devoted to her husband, George, her four children, and her seven grandchildren, who brought her endless joy and pride.

Kathy lived her life with joy, curiosity, and a heart open wide to those who knew her. Her love was generous, genuine, and unmistakable – seen in her warm presence, radiant smile, and the way she
made everyone feel truly cared for.

She was the heart of her family: steady, encouraging, and always ready to celebrate life’s blessings, both
big and small.

She cherished time spent with family and friends, filling her days with laughter, meaningful conversations, sunshine, and gratitude. Kathy loved the beach, traveling, and any adventure that brought her closer to her loved ones.

However, nothing meant more to her than her children or brought her more joy than her grandchildren. She treasured every story, milestone, and moment she shared with them.

Kathy faced cancer with remarkable strength and grace, held by her faith, supported by her church family at All Saints, and surrounded by those who loved her most. Kathy showed us courage, grace,
and a deep trust in God’s love. She showed us how to meet life’s challenges with hope and faith.

Her radiant smile, kind spirit, and effortless ability
to make others feel cared for will never be forgotten. Her love endures, and her spirit shines
on in the lives she touched.

Thank you for visiting this bench and helping keep Kathy’s light shining.
