Gratitude and Generosity at Work
What we learned from the 2026 Annual Giving Survey
Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the 2026 Annual Giving Campaign Survey. Your thoughtful responses reflect a parish deeply rooted in gratitude, generosity, and shared ministry. Your financial gifts make this ministry possible, from worship and music to formation, fellowship, outreach, and pastoral care. Every offering, small or large, strengthens the work we do in Christ’s name. As we read through results, a clear story emerged: God is moving in this community, and your voices help illuminate the path forward. Below is a summary of what you told us—what you value, what inspires you, and where you see God at work among us.
Worship at the heart of our life together
Across the survey, parishioners expressed profound gratitude for our clergy, whose pastoral leadership and presence continue to anchor our common life. Worship also emerged as a central source of joy and spiritual nourishment. Many of you spoke warmly of our music ministries—from choirs to bell ensembles—which lift our worship and deepen our sense of the sacred.
Formation: Growing faith across generations
Nothing was clearer in the survey than your love for our Youth & Children’s Ministries. Sunday School and EYC received the highest scores within this category, showing how vital these programs are to the life and vibrancy of our parish.
Fellowship: The blessing of being together
Your feedback highlights a deep appreciation for events that build community, strengthen relationships, and bring joy to parish life. These responses will help us continue planning meaningful and engaging fellowship opportunities in the year ahead.
Communications: Staying connected as a parish family
Of the various communication tools used at All Saints’, the Weekly Word stands out as the most valued. Parishioners rely on it as their primary way of staying informed, connected, and engaged. Sunday announcements and service bulletins also play important supporting roles.
Outreach: A parish living its faith in the community
Your responses express deep gratitude for our outreach ministries. Programs such as Pastoral Care, CVAN, and the AYA House were among the highest-ranked, reflecting the heart of All Saints’ commitment to service and compassion. Together, your responses affirm that outreach remains a defining expression of our identity as a parish shaped by Christ’s love.
What inspires you to give more generously?
When asked what encourages you to increase your financial support, two priorities stood out clearly:
1. Enhanced worship and liturgy
2. Greater investment in youth and children’s programs
Your continued monetary giving directly fuels the ministries you value most—worship, formation, fellowship, outreach, and pastoral care. Thank you for your faithful generosity and for helping All Saints’ live into our mission of being a church of disciples making disciples for Jesus.
